My friend and I spent almost a week here and had a good time in Mexico. It’s a very good hotel in Tuxpan, and they tried to make Indian dishes for us. Miss Frida at reception was polite and caring. I still remember her kindness.

The staff were very good and humble, and the hotel has a salon and laundry inside, plus a swimming pool with a great view. Tuxpan is a very small town with a very small population, and I’d say this is its best hotel. The washroom standards aren’t very high, and the lobby feels congested. They say they have a buffet, but serve food as you request it. The food quality is medium.

The rooftop pool is great, and there’s a speaker you can connect to with Bluetooth. The beds are good too. The shower is on the small side, but there are good places to eat breakfast.
