We booked a room on December 11, 2017, paid in advance, left our suitcases there, and went out to eat. After visiting the mariba park, we returned around 10-ish pm. When I started getting the bed ready to shower, I found hairs on the pillows and sheets. Reception brought clean sheets, but first tried to move us to another room with two beds even though we had a king. The replacement sheets were so worn they were see through. The mattress protector was full of holes and needed protection itself. We took it off to see what was underneath, and the mattress had so many urine stains we couldn’t believe it. This was unacceptable. The woman helping us made excuses, saying the owner had some type of illness and hadn’t been around for some time. We immediately asked for our money back. I wish I could upload pictures. I’d rate this half a star or none at all. The outside looks clean, but the rooms are another story. Never staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any friends.

I stay here for work, and it’s clean, has parking, and a good internet signal. There’s also hot water, a working TV, good AC, a fan, a mini-fridge, and a washing machine. Highly recommended.

A great fit for business trips. The rooms have Netflix, hot water, a work desk, and a minibar, and they’re pet-friendly. Their restaurant does a very good breakfast.
