Casa Ixchel 450m to Downtown, Wifi, Hot water, AC

Only a few blocks from the main square, so the location worked well. The room was great, with a well equipped bathroom and shared kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and really needed in the heat here. Our host was very helpful with local tips. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in Valladolid and at Casa Ixchel. It’s a nice place with colon kitchen, and the owner helped us with all our questions and extra needs. Everything was clean and within walking distance of the city centre. We could hear some street noise, though it didn’t bother me much.

Manolo was so helpful and sweet, and everything was really comfortable. The house was super clean and had all the amenities we needed, plus parking and access to a shared kitchen and fridge. It’s close to all the restaurants too. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting valladoid.

We stayed for three nights and would have stayed longer if there’d been room. Manolo was extremely friendly and helpful, and the place felt secure and was very clean. Our room had everything we needed: great AC, a huge bed, plenty of space, a good bathroom, and hot water if you need it. The price was fantastic, with great restaurants nearby. Check out la Selva and Nena Nena. It’s a 10-minute walk to the centre and bus station. One small issue: we found it hard to boil water for coffee in the morning, so a kettle might help.
