The pool was a welcome way to cool off after a hot day exploring, and there’s parking onsite. Hacienda Otoch is just outside the center, but it’s an easy walk to the bus station and main attractions. The owner and staff were super friendly and always around when we needed something. They really went out of their way to help. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Valladolid!

The pool was my favorite part. It gets sun for half the day and shade for the other half, which makes for a nice balance. The hotel is beautiful, the surrounding area feels very authentic, and it’s close to amenities and tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and accommodating. It can get a little noisy, though that seems normal for most hotels in Mexico.

We spent 3 nights here and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The location is nice too. I’d highly recommend it if you’re visiting Valladolid.

It’s a quiet little hotel, and the staff are really friendly and quick to help. The pool is small but adequate. I did have an insect issue: there was a scorpion in my room when I arrived, and reception dealt with it promptly. The next day I came back to find two wasps. Apparently the door is left open during room service, which lets insects get in. That’s annoying and something they should address. Aside from that, I have no complaints and would recommend the place.

It gets really noisy. When the water taps are turned on, they make an awful sound. In my room, it sounded like someone was playing with them.
