A lovely garden in the middle of centro, just a minute's walk from the zocalo. Driving there can be confusing because of all the one-way streets. There's no parking lot, but they let us use their one-car garage. It's a small hotel with only 9 rooms and lots of places to sit. The hot water was consistent during our stay, though we were the only guests, so I don't know if that changes when the hotel is busier. The walls are thin, and if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs: the church bell rings every 15 minutes around mass time.

It's got a rustic Mexican style, but still feels cozy and clean. The bedrooms are quite small, though they worked well for a short stay. The service was impeccable. It's not cheap, but I wouldn't call it overpriced either.

The location was great, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. I heard plenty of road noise and church bells, but the shower was hot.
