Hotel Las Orquídeas

The lobby felt welcoming, and there were board games to pass the time. They also had coffee we could make whenever we wanted. The rooms, location, and service were good, but in my experience the TV only got two channels, with the rest not working, and the internet kept cutting out.

The furniture was visibly dusty as soon as we arrived, and although someone came to clean, they did a poor job. We wanted to relax, not deal with someone else’s mess. There were cockroaches in my room, and the towels were so worn they looked like paper. It didn’t even deserve the one star I’m giving it. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

A comfortable place near the center of Valle de Bravo, with excellent service. You can just show up without a reservation, though booking ahead is fine if you want to make sure you have a room. My one-night stay cost $500 Mexican pesos, but rates vary. There’s cable TV in the rooms. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT 🌼.

We stayed three nights, and the room we were given was really comfortable. For the price, I personally found the place very comfortable, and the manager was friendly.
