The staff are local, warm, and incredibly helpful, which gives the stay a personal touch. Hotel Puesta del Sol has three pools: a main one, a children’s pool, and a lounge pool by the bar with a beautiful view. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of everything in Valle de Bravo, including the boats. The rooms have a rustic feel. They’re simple, but fully functional. A cozy place with a convenient location and great amenities. Hotel Puesta del Sol is a fantastic choice.

The view was really nice, and our room was clean. But compared with other places we’ve stayed in Valle de Bravo, the staff weren’t very personable or helpful, and we didn’t get much information about the amenities. We wish we’d stayed at our other place, especially since this night cost us nearly twice as much.

The garden is beautiful. The food was good, but not great, and expensive for what you get. Lunch for two came to $1,800 with tip.

The rooms are small but comfortable, and the pool was clean. The jacuzzi was superb. Staff can be rude sometimes, but it’s nothing to worry about.
