Waking up beside the lake was exactly what I hoped for, and this hotel delivered. The staff were so friendly, and Salvador was especially professional and helpful. Such great service. I'd love to come back. Thanks so much!

Right at the edge of town, the location is hard to beat, with incredible views and warm hospitality. The rooms feel clean, modern, and luxurious for what they cost. It has a European-paradise feel with Mexican hospitality.

The view over the Avándaro forest and Valle de Bravo lake was stunning, and the hotel looked even more beautiful in person than in the Booking and Expedia photos. I also found the price reasonable for the amenities, welcoming reception, outdoor pool, and spaces. Everything was clean and well organized, from the comfortable bed to the spotless bathroom. The team were friendly and helpful, and I felt right at home. I'd happily return.

Getting around this large, spread-out hotel meant tackling a lot of stairs to reach reception or head out. The price felt a bit high given how far it is from Valle de Bravo and that my room only had a fan.

The lake view was really lovely, probably the best among hotels in this price range, but the hotel itself feels old and dated. Sleep was difficult: the beds were uncomfortable, and we could hear everything from the rooms on both sides and the one above us. The neighbors seemed very noisy.
