La Dorada Town View

Nancy and Fernando were excellent with their help and recommendations. The location is ideal if you want to have everything in Valle close at hand. I'm giving four stars because the owners' guests made too much noise and disturbed us late at night. The owners were there with them, so they could have prevented the disturbance.

The location is perfect, right by the center, church, and plaza, and our receptionist was very friendly and always smiling. The hotel itself is very nice, but there are things I hope they improve. We were cold because the sheets looked dirty, with dust and hair on them. We bought a blanket for our child and used the ones provided for ourselves. When we asked for another blanket at night, it smelled awful. Hot water took a long time to reach the shower and bathtub and didn't last long. We also found it inconvenient to lock and unlock the hotel door late at night and early in the morning, especially since nobody was at reception to help us during the night.

You're in the center of Valle de Bravo, close to everything. It's comfortable, accessible, and has a rich feel. A place for regular people to explore, learn, have fun, enjoy themselves, or just relax.

The place is noisy, has no air conditioning, and the parking is tiny, with hardly any spaces. There's plenty that could be improved.
