The man at the front desk was pretty rude, and the sinks didn't drain properly. We needed ice for medical reasons, but they wouldn't give us any, even though the rooms had ice containers and nowhere to fill them.

The location wasn't ideal. We needed a taxi to get anywhere, and the mall across the street was basically a ghost town. Inside, the rooms were clean, though it was warmer than we liked and the AC could've been stronger. Service was excellent. Breakfast is included with some room types. When my family asked for towels, they arrived right away. They also quickly handled our concerns: when the TV stopped working, they fixed it fast and even replaced the whole unit.

The hotel could probably use some care, though I found it nice in general. But the towels in the room were by far the worst I've seen, and I travel a lot, so I've come across plenty of worn-out ones.

The staff were polite and ready to help, and the place was clean and inexpensive. It's almost right by the shopping mall. The hot water was only warm, though, and you have to ask at the front desk if you need an iron.

A second vanity mirror outside the bathroom would be handy.
