The people were kind and the location was good, but the place smelled moldy and had cockroaches.

The pool and lovely patio were my favorite parts. There’s a nice leisure area where you can relax after a day of walking. The service was excellent, and cleanliness was a 10/10. It’s a really nice, clean, quite large place right in the center, so you can walk everywhere, with lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very central, and the room was clean, though expensive for what they offer. It takes a while for the hot water to come through, which I could have overlooked. The service, though, was terrible and inattentive, as if they were doing me a favor. I asked for an invoice and they never sent it. The manager who answers the phone is very rude and hasn’t solved my problem.

A lovely, very clean place in a peaceful spot. I slept really well there.

Right in the center of the beautiful, magical Pueblo de Xico. It has the basics you need for a good rest.
