El Capricho by Rotamundos

There’s a pool for cooling off, and the rooms have plenty of space and soft beds. The bathrooms and living room are spacious too. It’s a lovely place if you want to unwind away from the city, with excellent service and staff who are friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit. I’ll post a video of the facilities soon. I’m sure this will be my second or last visit.

Check-in took forever, and the staff had alcohol on their breath when we arrived. The room was filthy, with cobwebs everywhere and a strong damp smell. The bathroom was awful and smelled like a sewer the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The owner’s response was to tell us to talk to the “managers,” who were anything but managers. Honestly, health inspectors should be sent there. The staff were drunk and didn’t even know we were arriving. The bunk beds were awful and musty, and the sheets were dirty, wrinkled, and badly hung. There was also a huge hole in the bathtub. The whole stay was horrible.

The staff’s service was perfect, and the place had so much space. I really liked staying here last weekend and would definitely come back.
