I was very happy with my two-night stay. Check-in was easy, and I could park right in front of the hostel. Staff Ever was very friendly. It was quiet, and I had the whole place to myself, including a beautiful rooftop view. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, and breakfast was nice.

The terrace is a great place to sit when the weather is good, with panoramic views. Rain changes things, though: there was only a tiny table in the kitchen or space in the dorm to sit, which would feel very uncomfortable if the hostel were full. I stayed two nights at Sukha Hostel last weekend. It was a fantastic, central, and fairly quiet stay, and I had the whole dorm to myself. The workers were kind, resourceful, and very accommodating. They also own the convenience store downstairs. The common areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily, and the kitchen is well stocked. A simple continental breakfast is included. The dorms are basic but comfortable, with an outlet beside the bed. I don't remember there being privacy curtains or a bed light.

The recommendations were a highlight: the cave salitre was awesome, las posas de Edward James were incredible, and the food at la condesa and Doña Lupe was great and cheap. Ricardo was welcoming, and his suggestions never let me down. The volunteers Alex and Stephanie were really nice and helpful too. It's a cosy hostel, with super-comfy beds in the private room. The kitchen is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Breakfast was free, with fresh hot coffee and cereals, and there's a nice upstairs terrace to relax on.

The private room with two beds was brutally hot, over 90 (30+C) all night, and there were huge cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. The beds were okay. On the plus side, there was coffee, filtered water, and a security code for the entrance, and the location was good.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the city is an amazing place to visit even though it's hilly. The hostel's view is unlike anything I've seen. Highly recommend.
