Bring binoculars if you want to spot the colorful tropical birds. I saw some really striking ones, and enjoyed the food too. It’s jungle, though more like a single or double canopy. Mosquito protection is a must, both for yourself and around the indoor and outdoor spaces. Coils worked well to chase them out of the sleeping area. The beach isn’t far, and there are caves and cenotes nearby to explore.

The rooms are roomy and welcoming, but what made the stay was Pablo and the rest of the staff. They went out of their way for us, including getting back a bag we’d left behind and keeping it safe until we could return. Pablo also marked free cenotes and other local spots on my Google maps. Such a kind, awesome guy. The place itself is stunning, surrounded by jungle, and this is where we’ll stay whenever we come to Cancun. 10 outta 10.

A car is probably best here, since the property is a bit off the beaten path. There are nice cenotes nearby, though, and a small, authentic village worth walking around. We stayed three nights at the start of our vacation, and it was a perfect way to disconnect. The property feels magical, the rooms are spacious, pretty, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant and bar on site were really good too. A lovely start to the trip.

Pablo, the hotel host, deserves a special thanks. He was amazing and made sure everything was just right for us. We stayed three nights with our two kids, and the hotel was really pretty, with modern rooms that were perfectly clean. The food was amazing, the best we had during our time in Tulum.

The staff were so welcoming, and they have bikes for exploring the area. It’s a little outside of town but close to all the cenotes. A great hidden gem in the jungle. Would highly recommend.
