The rooms could use an update, but they were clean and comfortable. I loved being able to walk easily to both town and the beach. If I'm back in zihuatanejo, I'd stay here again.

The restaurant staff were so friendly, and they kept my coffee coming first thing in the morning. Everyone at Hotel Irma made us feel at home and treated us like family, from the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning teams. A special thank you to Manager Pita, who's an amazing lady and manager. All of you helped make our visit such a pleasure and made us fall in love with Zihautanejo. We'll miss you all when we leave tomorrow 😢, but we'll be back !!!! Take good care of yourselves until we meet again ❤️

We had to cancel our trip more than two weeks ahead because of emergency cancer surgery. At first, the hotel refused to refund us. After some back and forth between Expedia and the hotel, they did issue one. It reminded me that good people can be found in any establishment, big or small. People make the policies, and people can make exceptions. Many thanks to Hotel Irma and Expedia.

The manager is such a lovely, friendly lady, and the staff are really polite. They've come to feel like family to us. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at ❤️. We highly recommend it.

We spent three weeks here and plan to return. The views from Irma are absolutely beautiful, and breakfast was fabulous. We chose the breakfast-included option, and the menu was great. The food worked well for us, as did the local restaurants nearby. Coconut shrimp was wonderful, and Friday's grill night was good too. Everyone from the lady in charge down was awesome, including bartender Janet, Isaac, John Paul, Paco, Daniel, and Juanita. A mini fridge in the rooms would be nice!
