The last stretch of road up to the hotel is rough enough to make you consider turning back. You’d think they would have fixed it after more than 12 years in business. Still, we’d definitely consider coming back. For a rural hotel, it’s a great place: clean, comfortable, and nice to look at, with friendly staff who were accommodating. I also liked having access to the water park, plus a separate pool just for the hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is nice, though crowded. The restaurant closes by 5 PM. The front desk was terrible, and Karen, the employee, was rude. I’d skip this place unless there’s nowhere else available.

The employees are amazing. Beyond that, it’s really just somewhere to relax.
