Working mornings was easy here. Since the hotel is small, we could find room to work, enjoy a good lunch, and have the pool mostly to ourselves. There’s Starlink as well as another Wi-Fi connection, so video calls worked for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was lovely, and the whole place felt like a little boutique oasis. Everyone on the team was kind and welcoming. When we left La Alberca, it felt like saying goodbye to a home away from home.

Miranda and Jodi are what make this place so special. We loved their warmth, care, and the conversations, and they’re a big reason we’d want to return. The hotel itself is stunning, with gorgeous design details from the golden cutlery to all the plants, plus views that feel unreal. And those beds are so comfortable, you won’t want to get up. It’s a lovely place to switch off and reset. Thanks for a wonderful stay, lots of love, Sam x

The views of the ocean are incredible across the whole hotel, from the infinity pool and bar to the dining area and private balcony in every room. Oscar, Jordi, and Miranda gave us personal service and treated us like family. The hotel sits on a cliff, far enough from Zipolite to escape the crowds but close enough to reach by rented scooter in about five minutes. We had a beautiful getaway, highly recommend it, and plan to come back.

Miranda, Jordi, and Oscar made us feel so welcome. I left feeling rested and refreshed, with wonderful memories of this one-of-a-kind place. It’s a peaceful escape with beautiful rooms and breathtaking views, and the hosts were perfect.

Amazing views, nice lunches, and really friendly staff. It’s a private, relaxing spot where I could properly recharge while traveling around Mexico. Worth every penny.
