The long grass and neglected looking grounds made the place feel poorly cared for. I was disappointed with the homestay, and the facilities need better maintenance and cleaning.

The villa was really big and comfortable, and the rooms were nice too. There are plenty of outdoor things for families to do, and I especially enjoyed the karaoke room. The price felt affordable, so I'd like to come back another time. Thanks for the good service.

The food was quite nice, the interior and toilets were clean, and there's a Speedmart nearby. There are several rooms, a couple of villas, and a bungalow up on the hill. We rented all three villas, but the air conditioning in most of the Villa Sakura rooms wasn't cool enough, and there was no AC in the living area. The pool water looked murky, and the filter only runs at set times, which isn't great when lots of people are swimming. Outside, dried leaves were scattered around, some broken sections looked dangerous, and the uneven paths and walkways didn't feel very safe. We only saw two ponies and a couple of lambs or goats. The karaoke room made voices sound flat. The phone network was poor. Management and sales could improve their service, although the man at reception was very polite and served customers well.

The pool was the best part, and there's room to walk around the farm freely. It felt peaceful and private, a nice setting for a family gathering, and two days and one night seemed about right. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a TV and water heater, and the kitchen and fridge worked well. The phone line is slow, but you can still watch Netflix or just enjoy your time there. We kayaked, touched a horse, fed goats and ducks, and watched a villager fishing. He caught a 4 kg Patin. Worth it.
