Aman Sentral is only about 200 m away, which was the main plus for me, and the place can work well if getting around is an issue. I booked one of the cheapest single rooms for a night. The hotel is very clean and decorated with an English theme from the lobby through to the rooms. My room felt cramped because it was so small, though the toilet was surprisingly roomy. Breakfast was included and okay, but I’ve had better.

I felt welcome and valued at Frazel Heritage Hotel Alor Setar, and I’d recommend it to anyone who cares about hygiene and good service. I stayed twice, on 20/8 and 16/9, and Mr Dawson, the manager, and his team looked after me well. Mr Dawson also smoothly resolved an issue by upgrading my room, which I really appreciated. The location worked especially well for my mass data collection around Kedah and Alor Setar. I hope the hotel keeps up this standard.

The staff were thoughtful, polite, and attentive, and the room felt comfortable. The place was clean, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. Their care with the details made the stay pleasant andpeace of mind.

The hotel and room both smelled nice, and there was nothing I wanted to complain about. I loved staying here, and it was exceptionally good. Nearby attractions are easy to reach. I’d recommend it and would come back.

The staff were helpful and could give information about local attractions. The room was spacious, very clean, and smelled good, while the corridor had BBW home perfume. The toilet was clean, with strong water pressure and lots of amenities. Breakfast was enough to fill me up before heading out, and the food tasted quite good in a clean space. There’s a nice open parking area with EV charging. The English theme looks pretty and feels just right. I’ll return, and hope they keep everything well maintained.
