I could sleep well enough, had Wi-Fi in the unit, and checking out was easy, which is why I gave it three stars. The unit itself looked modern and felt comfortable, but getting in and around the building was bizarrely complicated and illogical. Each tower has just one lift serving the residential floors; the others only go to the car park and facilities. The guards were inconsistent too, letting one car and one motorbike in at one point, then making me park outside another time. The three-room unit felt very cramped, with the single bed wedged wall to wall. The lobby and park area were hot, with no air conditioning or even a fan.

Arte Plus by Cobnb has become my favorite place for a short break. I first found their unit on booking.com in July 2024, and it was lovely: clean, nice facilities, a kitchenette, and a good view. I'd happily book with them again, and recommend you give them a try. Looking forward to staying with u Arte Plus by Cobnb.

The guard was extremely rude and unreasonable, and verbally abused a guest. The guest was Malaysian, while the guard was a foreigner, but he acted arrogantly, as if he had a Malaysian IC.

The hygiene was the biggest problem. We found dirty plates and towels, a sticky floor, and no dishwashing liquid. During the COVID-19 pandemic, cleanliness felt especially important, and this was unacceptable. Even after repeated complaints, management left us hanging instead of responding quickly or finding a solution. I'm not happy. The place itself was nice, but the poor management made me give it one star. I've stayed elsewhere where they immediately arrange another room if something is wrong with the assigned apartment. That didn't happen here. We paid for a place and didn't get the standard we expected. For both days of our stay, we could only use YouTube on the TV because the Netflix account was strangely locked. I had a long chat with management, but nothing was done. The elevators were also painfully slow, making it such a hassle to leave and return that I tried to go out less.

The hotel looks nice, and the staff were friendly. Check-in needs work though, we had to wait a long time.
