The lifts took up more of our time than anything else. To get around, we had to change from the carpark lift to the one at R level, then switch again for our tower and apartment. We contacted Victoria homes at noon for the self check-in details, but they only sent them at 3:40 pm, even though check-in was at 3:00. The pool was packed, so our kids couldn't get into the children's pool. Luckily, there was a float and we used the adult pool instead. We hoped to try the lazy river before checking out, but the lift was under special service. It looked good in the pictures, but we ended up wasting time for no good reason.

The rooms were clean and very nice, but getting around was frustrating. We had to change lifts on the R floor, which was confusing, and we spent almost an hour waiting to use one, especially at checkout. The property is also quite far from public transport, and nearby parking is limited.

This was the second time Victoria Home had a communication breakdown with us, and after giving them another chance, I'm very disappointed. They changed our unit without telling us until we checked in, saying the previous tenant hadn't checked out on time and had decided to extend their stay. They had from checkout until 3 pm to sort it out or ask us about it. The hospitality and management were poor. No more stays with Victoria Home.

The interiors were beautiful, and the pool was stylish with great facilities. We had two lovely evenings here. When we arrived, Putra Hassanin welcomed us warmly, showed us around the Residences, and explained everything we needed to know. He was extremely friendly and deserves a special thanks. Definitely one of my favourite homestays in KL. Highly recommended 😍😍
