Miss Alia, if I got her name right, made check-in smooth and pleasant. She was helpful and polite, and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming too. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and parking was convenient. The air conditioner was inconsistent, sometimes cold and sometimes not cooling properly. WiFi was extremely slow throughout my stay. I hope management looks into the internet connection for future guests. Even with those issues, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the staff and facilities.

The location is good and the price is good value. Very clean too. The service was excellent, and the staff were very good, especially Aish Airiel, who was really nice and helpful. The receptionist, parking man, and all the staff were good.

Adam, the employee at the counter, was really nice and responded kindly to our request even after 3am. The facilities were okay for the price, and I'm really glad I stayed with my friends for our trip. A nice experience, and a friendly hotel for everyone.

I stayed for 10 days and had meals at The Rumbia, where the waiter and waitress were kind and polite and the service was really great. I did feel the buffet food could be improved because it lacked taste. The room was comfortable, with a nice view, especially at night. I could see KLCC and TRX tower from there.

This is my fifth time checking in here, and I love everything about the hotel. The staff are good, the service is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and great for such an affordable price.
