I’d booked and paid online, but when I arrived to check in, my room had already been given to someone else. They just said they were “overbooked.” The replacement room was dirty, had no key, and the shower was broken. They also kept RM10 from my deposit, saying it was tax, even though I’d already paid for the room online. What other tax was there? The staff couldn’t even speak Malay. It’s strange to live in Malaysia and not speak Malay.

The room was okay for a budget hotel, and the staff were okay too. But the owner, who stays at the hotel, was disturbing us. When we checked in and wanted to rest, he talked noisily with other people right outside our room. He also smoked in his room, and the smoke came into ours enough to irritate my eyes. Sorry, I can’t recommend it.

Parking was hard to get, though the location wasn’t too bad. The room was fairly comfortable and clean, but the water pressure was low and the knob for turning it was broken. Apart from that, it’s worth the money if you only need a place to sleep.

A very good place to stay, and the girl at the counter was really good.

Komal is a very hardworking, friendly and honest lady. She never stops working. She’s very clean and strong. I give her 10 stars! Recommended.
