I stayed for two nights, but the room looked nothing like the photos. It was in very poor condition and didn't feel hygienic, and the staff weren't professional. They couldn't even provide basic things like soap or shower gel, a TV, or a qibla direction for Muslim guests. Voices from the restaurant workers downstairs were loud in the hotel. A thumbs down, and I strongly wouldn't recommend it.

This was the worst hotel we've booked. Please don't go. The room was awful, smelled bad 🤢, and left us really disappointed. We booked somewhere else and left this hotel at night. I wouldn't recommend it at all, and honestly, the room was so bad it didn't deserve even one star. Don't go and spoil your day 😑🙏🏻

The whole hotel smelled bad, and the two rooms I was offered had dirty sheets and a terrible odor. I’d booked one family room for four through Agoda, but at check-in the receptionist said its air conditioning wasn’t working. There was no way to cancel, so I felt cheated and ended up booking another hotel nearby in person. Avoid this place.

There were mosquitoes, and the bathroom was in poor shape: broken handles and no toilet paper. The soundproofing is awful too. Late at night, you can hear people loudly opening and shutting doors. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We were uncomfortable for both nights, and RM70+ a night really wasn’t worth it. The place seems poorly maintained and looked completely different from the online photos. Everything felt old and dirty, from the beds and walls to the toilet, whose door wouldn’t open properly. The water heater barely worked. I’m not coming back.
