This is an apartment style place with a small water park, so it could work if your budget is limited and you want somewhere to take the kids. Room condition varies depending on the agent you book through. Smaller occupancy bookings come with fewer water park passes. You can buy extra passes, but they're charged per entry, even while you're staying there.

The water park was a hassle to use. We had to register every time we wanted to go in, and with so many people around it was a big waste of time. Staff there were unfriendly and didn't explain things clearly. They suddenly told everyone with passes to return to their rooms before 11:50 AM or face a charge, though nobody had mentioned that rule earlier. We also had trouble getting the room ready. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but it wasn't ready when we arrived, so we waited outside for about 30 minutes while it was cleaned. Even after that, it still wasn't properly clean. The WiFi was terrible too. I complained several times, and staff kept promising to send someone, but no one showed up. It felt like they were just saying that to quiet us down. The agent handling this was really unprofessional. They should use someone more responsible. (Room B-7-10.) It was a very disappointing experience, and we're extremely unhappy with it. We're never coming back. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with the same problems.

The room was clean and parking was easy to access. The water park was good, with a big area and some pretty good rides. It's very suitable for kids, and the pass was free.

I only found out the park was closed after I got there. That wasn't mentioned when I booked the room online, so I was really disappointed.
