OYO 90509 Usima Forest Resort

I really wanted to give this place zero stars. We booked a family room for rm216/n, but it wasn’t clean, and there were no hooks in any of the three bathrooms for towels or clothes. That was very inconvenient. When we returned around midnight after checking in and going out, the room was full of black ants, and they were itchy. They were all over the room and even on the bed. There were also small cockroaches. Ewww. Service is only available until 11.00pm, so if something goes wrong after that, you’re left waiting until 8.00 am. I couldn’t reach anyone through WhatsApp or WhatsApp calls using the number on FB. A worker finally answered when I made a regular call. He sprayed Ridsect all over the ants without considering the strong, unhealthy smell around my kids. He said, “lepas ridsect ni semua selesai la masalah.” I asked him to stop because the smell was too strong. Then I asked for the manager’s, boss’s, or another worker’s number so I could sort out the problem, but he refused and said, “SUDAH LEBIH PUKUL 11 TAK BOLEH KACAU LAA..” I was speechless. Maybe it’s okay for company team building, but for a family holiday, choose somewhere else. We’ll never stay here again.
