I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and liked the surroundings, and the receptionist was friendly. But the room I booked was described as air-conditioned and had no A/C, so I had to upgrade and pay more for one. Dear OYO, please show recent room and facility photos and make each room description specific and clear so people aren't misled. To the owner, I hope the facilities get upgraded soon. The shower, toilet, and even the room door need work.

I didn't get a room at all. The owner said they hadn't received the booking from OYO, and I also heard another customer complain that there was no air conditioning, contrary to the advertisement. This was so bad. I hope OYO can process my refund as soon as possible.

They have most of the basic facilities, but there are things they should add or improve: a swimming pool, more rooms with air conditioning, and a place for children to play and relax.

Please don't stay here. This is the worst OYO place, a scammer and a cheater. They denied my check-in after selling my room to someone else, and refused to refund me.

The location is okay, but there's no heater in the room or extra lock. The rm50 advertised room has no air conditioning.
