The balcony was too dirty to walk on, and inside, the bed and pillow had stains all over them. There was mold on the wall with such a strong smell it made me feel sick. The toilet door was broken, and the room was in very bad condition.

There’s a good Chinese restaurant nearby where you can try some nice food. The hotel itself was nice and the room was okay. It wasn’t cheap, but the price was still okay for a trip.

Clean and beautiful hotel, very nice, with good service.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working while I was there. I booked through Agoda, so the room was acceptable for the rate, and the suite was comfortable with a balcony. Some things seemed poorly maintained, though, including the door and the bedside lamp.

The shower was broken and leaking, and its knob wouldn’t let me adjust the water temperature. It was far too hot for small children and seemed dangerous, with a risk of electrocution from the leaking pipe. They didn’t respond or get it fixed promptly after I reported it. The bath towel had a strong sweaty smell too. Poor maintenance.
