The air conditioning was excellent, but the room was dusty and smelled unpleasant when we arrived. It hadn't been cleaned properly, with plaster debris or bagworms and lizard droppings on the floor. I'd suggest a more thorough clean, including washing the curtains. There were three TVs, but the connections were so poor we couldn't watch anything.

For a three-star hotel, it was okay. The room smelled a bit, so I had to spray Ambipure antibacterial. Room service was excellent, and the ballroom food and beverage service was really quick, with the hotel technician acting fast too. The Mrsm serting hi tea event ran smoothly. Kudos to the staff.

It’s a nice, comfortable place, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and very courteous. I’d come back next time I’m in Bahau.

Whenever I visit my daughter, I usually stay here. It’s affordable, near town, and remains my first choice. The room has plenty of space for my family, and everything’s been fine overall.

This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at in Bahau. It has the basic things a room needs, which some hotels don't provide. Highly recommended.
