The beach behind SGI Vacation Club, TimurBay Seafront Residence, Kuantan, Malaysia was a lovely place to walk, swim, and take in the scenery. We spent seven days there and were very comfortable. Parking was available, and Residence staff could arrange use of the swimming pool and gym. There are no dining facilities at the Residence itself, though a small market by the gate has restaurants, groceries, and essentials. Roadside shacks nearby serve local food, and there is a Resort close by for fine dining. Our studio had clean beds, AC, a microwave, kettle, kitchen with no stove, dining table, bathroom with a water heater, and WiFi. The room was cleaned and the linen changed each day. Staff were polite, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Mr. Nazreen at the Office made sure we were comfortable and looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and felt it was worth the price.

The booking was easy, and the service was friendly. SGI Vacation Club Timurbay Seafront Residence felt comfortable and private, a good spot for relaxing and enjoying the beach atmosphere. It has lovely sea views and facilities that worked well for our group of family or friends. A worthwhile choice for a peaceful seaside break.

The service turned out better than I expected. Pool maintenance needs work, and housekeeping does too. Customers have to contact them on WhatsApp for everything.

We stayed in an apartment on the second floor, facing the car park. There was no sea view, and we couldn't open the curtains. The apartment itself was clean and had the basic amenities. It's a good place for a family beach holiday on the east coast, with different apartments available to club members. Food options include cafes in the front block and warong across the road serving local dishes.

We enjoyed our stay at Timur Bay kuantan, and the rooms were tidy and clean with a lovely view. Still, I can only give four stars because my kids were a little sad that the pool was closed during PKP 2021. #kitajagakita# 🤗
