Strongly not recommended. The snooker table pockets and balls were sticky and very dirty, and the rusty BBQ pit couldn't be used, so we had to buy a new one at a nearby store. The kitchen had an induction stove but no pots. The listing said Netflix was available, but customer service told us there was no account and we had to use our own. The TV was an old model, unlike the photos, and we couldn't connect our Nintendo Switch. There were many problems around the house: damaged areas, very long unmaintained grass outside, and broken lights in both the parking area and kitchen. The fridge still had food left by previous guests. One bedroom's air conditioner was on when we arrived, and the bathroom sink tap was running. I don't think the room had been cleaned properly, and the bed coverlid was dirty too. The wardrobe and a room switch were broken. We contacted customer service on WhatsApp to ask if a technician could fix the outdoor light before our BBQ. They said they were “still looking,” then never updated us. When we raised the other issues, all we got back was “noted.” If you're coming for BBQ, Netflix, or snooker, I strongly do NOT recommend this homestay.

The house was spacious, but housekeeping needs work. There was dust, one door wouldn't open, and there were ant nests in the sandy area outside the house. The mobile signal and Wi-Fi were quite weak too. Thank you.

The room smelled, the towels smelled, and the place was dirty. The room also flooded because of a crack in the wall. The air conditioner for a two-floor house was in a small room? Really stingy. Don't bring your family here.

We came as a group of 21, and everyone had their own bed. Getting the keys was easy, and the place was comfortable enough for all of us. There’s a pool, games table, karaoke and YouTube, but no TV. All the rooms have air conditioning and fans, except the smaller room has only air conditioning, which was cold enough. Towels are provided, so bring your own toiletries. The pool looked blue, though there were insects in it, and the water really hurt when it got in my eye. The sliding door and sunlight panel could use a better clean. Good enough for a big group, but it could be cleaner.

The environment was okay, but the floor was sticky, very dirty, and covered in hair. We ended up spending an hour cleaning it ourselves. Unbelievable.
