The price is really good, and the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room and the shared toilet were clean, and there was even a water heater. The walls are very thin, though, so we could hear people in the next room talking. Other guests were loud in the corridor early in the morning and woke us up. I'd bring earplugs if you want a better night's sleep.

It was nice enough, but the sink pipe needs fixing. There should also be a sign showing how to turn on the shower.
