It looks comfortable, but that's only how it looks. The forest setting and exterior are beautiful, yet the place is badly run down. The shared kitchen was oily everywhere, from the floor to anything you touched. The floor was dusty, with signs of termites, and bugs were in the same room as us. The TV didn't work because the Astro satellite apparently hadn't been installed, even though they advertise that facility. The BBQ pit was broken. The pool was poorly maintained, with sand and algae, and the ground-floor shared toilet was badly designed: water couldn't reach the drain and flooded the floor. There's no signal, so you're relying on their Wi-Fi.

The beach is infested with sand wasps, and I wouldn't come back. The villa is extremely run down and poorly maintained, with termites at the corner of the building. The exterior looks beautiful but isn't practical. Our toilet was outside without shelter, so we couldn't use it during heavy rain. The TV channels weren't available because Astro wasn't included, and the BBQ pit was under repair or maintenance, so we couldn't use it either. Algae was growing on the pool walls. I'd recommend the place only to someone who hasn't stayed in a villa with a private beach before.

The welcome was perfect, and the surroundings were so calm and beautiful. Our room was very spacious and nice. Thanks for a wonderful stay at Serendipity Villa. We'll visit again soon!

A fabulous little luxury resort, with lovely rooms and a small pool right by the beach. Everything has a nice simplicity to it. It was quiet and private, just the place to rest and recharge. Didn't need anything more.

A private villa made for a calm, peaceful, relaxing holiday. The sunset views are amazing, and it's a great spot for stargazing and surfing.
