There are plenty of food choices and convenience stores nearby, which made things practical. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and check-in went smoothly. My room at Batu Caves Business Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with the basic amenities provided. The bed was cozy and the surroundings quiet, so I could rest well. Its location near Batu Caves is convenient for visiting the attraction. I found it good value for money and would recommend it to anyone after a simple, affordable, comfortable stay.

The staff were really good, and the hotel is kept in good shape for a cheap price. Batu Caves is only about 100 m from the hotel, and you can easily see the caves from there. Thanks for the stay.

It's basic accommodation, but clean and comfortable. Everything worked, and I'll come back.

I needed a very cheap place for about five hours, and it did the job. Being so close to the Batu Caves was great. The lobby was messy, though, and the front desk man was somewhat rude. He also didn't return my security deposit until I asked. The toilet kept running and needed fixing. I wouldn't stay again unless I absolutely had to.

The room and hotel were first class. The receptionist had a lovely smile and cared about customers. With its modern design, the place felt like home. The family room is very suitable for families.
