The location was the one good part, with plenty of food choices and convenience stores within walking distance. Parking was quite difficult, especially at peak times. We arrived around 4:30 pm, well after the 3 pm check-in time, but still couldn't get into our room because it wasn't ready. We were told to wait more than 15 minutes. The staff left us standing without offering seats or even apologizing. Luckily there were two chairs for my parents, while the rest of us sat on the stairs. They could have offered us somewhere to sit or suggested we wait at a mamak downstairs. That would've been much better service. The room size was fine for a budget hotel, but the translucent toilet door made things uncomfortable. I won't stay here again because the service was so poor.

I was in room 105. I booked a room with a front-facing window like the one in the picture, but got a room at the back, and it was very poor, especially the bathroom. The shower pipe was broken. The toilet door was broken too and difficult to open and close. There was no water dispenser, which made getting boiled water difficult, and only one hot-water unit. There was no Qibla direction for prayer either. This hotel is very stingy.

Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms, and the staff were helpful. It's in a good spot near restaurants, a laundry, mobile phone shops and more. Parking is very limited and can be difficult. A great budget hotel in town.

For a budget hotel, the maintenance could be better. The room door was hard to lock, and the bathroom door got stuck when closing. They provided an extension, but there was only one plug.

The air conditioning in the room was really bad, so I cancelled and went back home instead of staying.
