Ferringhi Heritage Budget Hotel

I paid and booked online, and all the payments had cleared, but the hotel still asked me for a deposit and tax when I arrived. The staff were rude and doubted that I'd paid, even though I showed proof from the booking app. They wouldn't provide extra blankets, saying they were out. The TV had just one channel, and the remote had to share batteries with the air conditioning remote. This was my last booking here. I really don't recommend it to tourists or other visitors. Please choose another hotel.

I booked alone for one night. The hotel looked nice from outside, but the room was terribly dirty and full of cockroaches. In the first room, I found little ones on the bed and was shocked. They moved me to a second room, where I saw a big cockroach too. I told them that if the third room had the same problem, they should return my money and deposit. The third room on the first floor was okay, but I was still nervous, so I kept all my bags on the bed and chair. I didn't see any cockroaches there. My advice is to take a room at Khalil restaurant instead. It's good and clean, with no cockroaches at all. Happy cockroach and cocktails 😁

I had already paid and booked, but they told me they were fully booked. The managing director, MR Chan, was very rude and wouldn't stay on the phone. He was irresponsible too. Please explain things to customers and let them know earlier next time. Thanks.

The room was a bit cramped, and the bathroom water pressure was low 😒. Otherwise, it was okay.
