The staff were friendly 😊😊. Room hygiene still needs work 💪💪, and the mineral water bottle was too small 🤭🤭.

Friendly staff and a nice reception area. The hotel is tucked into a quiet corner with plenty of parking, and there are many coffee shops and places to eat within walking distance. The Wi-Fi works well, which is often the weakest link at Malaysian budget hotels. For the price, there’s no need to be fussy.

The front desk service was good, and the hotel is close to town. The room was fine for one night, though the toilet felt a bit cramped and was leaking.

The room was spacious and comfortable for the price, and malls and other attractions are within a 30-minute drive. It’s a good fit if you’re there to relax and don’t need to be somewhere important in a hurry. We arrived around 8 pm to find a reservation mix-up: we’d booked a triple room but were given a King Deluxe. It wasn’t sorted out until about 11:30 pm that night, when we finally got the room we wanted.
