I came here for my Thaipusam prayer, but the situation turned into something very different. A woman argued with me, said she was the owner, then slapped herself and claimed I was at fault. The camera recorded what happened. If I was really at fault, why would she slap herself? Please advise me and help resolve this. I don't know what to do.

I paid by online transfer, and my transaction history shows it, but management said they hadn't received the money and told me to pay again at the counter. I asked for a refund, but I still haven't got my money back. I've called many times and keep hearing, “We'll check now,” with no answer since. Poor service. I'll never come back.

Getting to the airport was easy, even at night, with a Grab. The location worked really well, and the room was clean and nice, with a hot shower and working AC. For the price, the room was better than most I've booked. Everything was good. I'd book again, 10/10.

The hotel felt safe, and keeping outdoor shoes out helped it stay really clean. My room was cozy and tidy, and the receptionist seemed to mop constantly, haha. Excellent service. Recommended.

I paid MYR 99.00 per night for a queen bed at this budget hotel. It's close to Penang airport and a petrol station. The bed and toilet were okay, but the room is so small that only one person can pray at a time. Wi-Fi is free, though very slow.
