The room itself was okay, but the bathroom was awful. The walls and corners were covered in mold, and it didn't look like the cleaner had cleaned them. At least the toilet seat was fine to sit on. If you're working in Kidurong industrial area, you could consider this place, though I wouldn't recommend it. Bintulu town hotels are less than 15 minutes away, and I'd urge travelers to look at 4 or 5 star options. My experiences with 2 and 3 star hotels have been a nightmare.

The staff were friendly, and my Standard Queen room on the 1st floor was clean, nice, and comfortable. There's a lift, and the room faced the back of the hotel. A smokehouse with karaoke is next door and operates until 12am, but I couldn't hear it from the back-facing room. They replenished the toiletries and the instant coffee, sugar, and creamer each day during our 4 nights. They provided just 1 towel, which was fine since we'd brought our own while traveling after covid19 pendemic. I booked the hotel because it was near Hospital Bintulu, where I was caring for my father after he fell sick. It's in an industrial area, so watch out for the roads and vehicles there. I'd stay here again if I need to be in Bintulu.

The bad smell from nearby factories made it uncomfortable to stay overnight, and it even came into the rooms. If you can put up with that, this is the best of the nearby inns. I'd give it 5 stars without the smell. Otherwise, it's a decent place, with clean rooms, free wifi and breakfast, reasonable rates, plenty of nearby places to eat, and good workers. A Standard Room with 1 Queen Size Bed was MYR70/night. The TV had Local Channel, Fox Sport, and Fox Movies.

The food was good and room service was good too. Rooms were decent, though the wifi was only average. Being near the industrial area makes the location convenient. The price felt a bit high for the services.
