The room was spacious and laid out nicely, and the hotel felt new, with a modern style. For RM150 plus tax, the deluxe king is good value. I had a good first stay and think a few changes could make it more popular. For longer stays, guests should get fresh towels and extra bottled water after two days, even if they haven’t asked for housekeeping. I’d also like to see complimentary breakfast, a mini bar, laundry service, and at least two key cards per room. I commend the hotel for its value and hope management considers these improvements for guests.

Finding the entrance was a hassle. There wasn’t a clear sign on the door, and I got lost looking for the welcome door. A sticker or sign would help first-time guests. Still, I really enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with a dobi (laundry) and ATM nearby. They provide two bottles of mineral water each day, and the housekeeping aunties will change towels if you ask them. Body wash and shampoo are supplied, but they weren’t labelled. Hopefully they’ll label them. There’s a hair dryer too. Good value for a short stay!

The room and bathroom were well maintained, and I felt safe and relaxed. The glass elevator was the best part.

The kiblah indicator in the room points in the wrong direction, so Muslim guests should check it themselves and not rely on it. There’s a halal restaurant, Daun Pisang, at the end of the block, close to the hotel, and a coin laundry nearby. This is a newly refurbished, clean hotel with a sleek modern look. They provide basic toiletries like a toothbrush and shower gel, along with towels, drinking water, and tea or coffee. There’s no minifridge in the room. The deposit is RM100 per room per stay, plus another deposit if you need an extra key card. I can’t remember that amount.
