I couldn't sleep all night because the noise insulation might as well have been nonexistent. Street sounds came through the window, and I could hear the corridor and the room opposite too. The living area looked fancy, clean, and almost new, but the bed was softer than I like.

We stayed a month with the family in this serviced apartment and had a great time. The team were lovely and friendly.

There are lots of shops close by, so getting around was easy. Our unit was fairly clean and faced the main road, but the mattress felt too soft for us.

The shower handle in my room seemed damaged and didn't work properly. I also spotted red ants in some areas, and there were quite a few Charlie beetles around the property. I even found one on the bed in the room. Staff suggested spraying bug repellent, but I'm worried the administration may not fully understand how harmful Charlie beetles can be on contact with skin, especially with children traveling with me. I hope this feedback is considered so the place is more comfortable for guests, particularly families with young children.
