Breakfast was disappointing, and the bed was dirty. The water heater barely made the water warm, which was miserable in the freezing cold, but after we complained we did get moved to another room. Cheap, but not worth the price.

We chose this place at the last minute because we wanted a bigger room for less, and the Standard King Room came with steamboat dinner and breakfast for two for RM168. The hotpot had plenty of vegetables, while chicken, prawns, fish balls, and fish cakes came to the table. Chinese tea was free-flow. The room was roomy compared with other places around Centrum, clean, and had a working water heater. The building and furniture are old, though. There's paid parking in front from 8 am to 6 pm through the parking app, and the lift serves every floor. Centrum Market is only a few minutes away by car. I'd stay here again.

The staff handled check-in, check-out, and breakfast entry well. The hotel is wheelchair accessible from the parking area to the room, and there's both free parking and paid parking closer to the entrance. The location is near the busy spots and restaurants, though traffic can be an issue and places tend to close around 10pm. Breakfast was included and made a nice start to our hectic morning. We booked two rooms for one night. One water heater worked and the other didn't. There was a handprint on a towel, which felt creepy, and our toilet had a medicinal smell, if that makes sense. The room was spacious enough for two of us to pray at the same time. We weren't given a Wi-Fi password, and there was no extension number to call reception from the room phone.

I lost my gold bracelet and called reception, but the staff member denied that my husband and I had checked in that day. She kept saying it until my husband scolded her, then suddenly she found his name in the hotel system. Guests should have records, so why deny it? Please be careful booking here. The toilets were dirty too, and I found the staff dishonest.

The room was big enough for a family of five, and the heater is a must because the water gets very cold. Check that it works before going into the room. The TV feels like 90s technology and is bad. Prices for walk-ins can be high, while advance online deals depend on luck. For me, it's a two-star place.
