The Bed

I stayed one night before heading to Thailand. The budget hotel was nice and clean, and the room’s missing TV signal was okay with me. It’s not suitable for elderly people or wheelchair users because there’s no lift. On the lobby level, there’s an iron, a Coway water purifier, and instant coffee. For the price, it’s a good option.

The room was clean and fairly small, but modern since the hotel seems quite new. It had the basics: towels, TV, tissues, a hot shower with strong water pressure, and complimentary bottled water. Irons, a drinking water dispenser, and a washer and dryer are downstairs. The lobby service was mixed, the check-in lady wasn’t friendly, while the check-out guy was. There’s no elevator. The hotel is near a petrol station and a few shops, with easy street parking. Since it faces the highway, ask for a room at the back. Affordable for budget travellers.

The pantry downstairs has hot and cold water plus coffee and Milo sachets. The hotel is fairly new, and the rooms have a mini fridge, bedside lamp, TV, sockets, and hangers. The shower room was clean, with a strong stream of warm water, and the room was comfortable for a night. Staff went about their work quietly, but came across as robotic, without a greeting or much expression. Parking beside the road is at your own risk.

It may look grey from outside, but inside the hotel is cozy and comfortable. The facilities are above average and worth every ringgit.
