I booked the wrong date on Agoda by mistake and contacted the property right away to cancel. Staff said Agoda had to handle it, so I went through Agoda and arranged a refund request. Even after that, the property wouldn't waive the cancellation fee. Being told straight away still didn't get me any flexibility, and the hotel seemed to put the fee ahead of goodwill. It leaves the impression that short-term profit matters more than keeping long-term customers. You and your other branches have lost a potential long-term customer over a minor, one-off issue. Future guests should think twice before booking here.

There are a couple of convenience stores just a short walk away, and the kopitiam next door has lots of good breakfast choices. Quinn, the lady who checked us in, was pleasant and polite, and check-in itself went smoothly. But room 501 was very worn and dated. We were afraid to sit on the sofa or lounge chairs in case there were bugs. The bed seemed okay, though the pillows felt like bedrock. There was no soap in the washroom, and the shower setup was confusing. Taking a shower meant flooding the whole washroom. There are too many other negatives to list.

Loved the clean surroundings and the kid-safe area. The counter staff were friendly too. So happy with it! ❤❤
