We’ve been living here for about 7 months, and I waited to share a review until I’d had time to get a proper feel for the place. The apartment has a lovely view from the balcony, a roomy bathroom, and a studio layout that feels spacious. I also like having a door between the bedroom and the living and kitchen area for privacy. The building is quiet and family-oriented. The residents are lovely, the security team is respectful and greets us warmly, and management has been professional and helpful. Having a mall with great shops and amenities right downstairs is a big plus. A few things to keep in mind: the kitchen is small, and electricity can cost a lot under the commercial tariff. There’s also a recurring bathroom odor even though we clean daily. It’s manageable, and we still love this home. 🫰🏻🫶🏻🤍

The management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and the systems are a complete mess. The power goes out for 24 hours at a time, and security often doesn’t understand common languages. Don’t stay here.

Don’t rent or buy here. The gym is dirty, the equipment is broken, and the elevator fans are switched off. The emergency lift seems to be for guards, while cleaners take the passenger lifts with dirty buckets and equipment. The lifts are pathetic, and management doesn’t get bills out on time. Would you pay 50 ringget to each tenant because they can’t send bills on time lah? They charge interest on payments as well as late fees, which feels like a side income, even after a change of management. You’ll pay 3x electric and water rates. Worst condo ever!

There’s a pool, a gym and a kids’ play area. It’s easy to get to dpulze mall, with shops close to dpulze too.

The room was comfortable and clean, and despite being near the highway, it wasn’t noisy. Service was bad, though. The elevator kept breaking down, including when we checked out on 06/02/24. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need to get to the airport urgently.
