Monaco Hotel Cyberjaya

It's a typical budget hotel, with a clean room, hot shower, working toiletries like soap and toothbrush, and air conditioning that struggled to cool the room. There's no bottled water or kettle, but a hot and cold purified water dispenser sits in the hallway. The self-service kiosk makes check-in and check-out easy, though nobody is at the counter if you need help. The location is handy, close to Dpulze Shopping mall and Saba Restaurant, an Arabic dining restaurant.

The location is great, right next to D'pulze shopping mall, and the staff are friendly. The toilet gets 4/5, while price, soundproofing, and mattress are all 2/5, though you do get two pillows per person. Some of the furniture is broken, the door has no second lock, and hotel parking can't be validated, so you have to pay yourself.

The room is small, but comfortable enough for a couple. Self-service check-in and check-out are straightforward, there's a rm20 deposit by cash or card, and parking costs up to rm8 a day.

I had a good stay and thought it was great value. The room was clean and comfortable, and the corridor water dispenser was useful. The staff were professional, friendly, soft spoken, and helpful. I nearly lost my deposit because of an accidental nosebleed. The policy says stains are chargeable but doesn't make an exception for a small blood stain, so that should be updated. The staff and manager took time to hear me out and were empathetic, and they advocated for my side. In the end, my 50myr deposit was refunded. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay.
