Tune Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya

Breakfast was a takeaway meal that tasted awful, and there was no hot water at the bathroom sink. The AC had no middle setting, it either blew at full speed or was off. The rooms were dusty and dirty, with debris everywhere. Basic things like soap and shampoo weren’t provided. Daily housekeeping was basically absent, and you’d be lucky if they changed the towels.

A decent place to stay if you’re in cyberjaya, with good security since you need your room key to access the elevator. They provide a dispenser rather than bottled drinking water. The jar in my room smelled a bit and looked a little moldy.

This was my second stay here. The hotel is right above the DPulze Mall, which was super convenient for a traveller like me. My room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the receptionist was good. They even politely explained the guest parking rate and other details.

I booked two rooms, and cockroaches were a problem in both, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. The toilets also had a strong unpleasant smell that made them hard to use comfortably. I was very disappointed. Cleanliness and hygiene need serious improvement, and I hope management takes this issue seriously.
