Hotel Ketengah AMBS

We stayed here before hiking CBL in the morning, and it worked really well as a place to rest beforehand. We booked a standard queen room and a double room, both clean and simple. Even though we arrived late, the receptionist was still there. There was no hairdryer, but the other things we needed were available. You can hear motorcycles and cars clearly, though the noise stopped after midnight. Recommended 👍😊

The room was quite spacious and came with a table, chairs, sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, wardrobe, hot water, drinking water, tea and coffee, and an iron. There was no carpet, and the bed and pillows felt thin and wobbly. Outside, the place looked rusty, with tall grass around it. The area seems newly developed and is pretty deserted, with few shops or people nearby. No other choice, but worth the cost.

The air was clean, the room comfortable, and the air conditioning nice and cold. I liked everything overall, and thankfully there was a towel, but there was no soap or shampoo. The keypad lock on our room was also really hard to open, so we had to ask the desk staff for help. Hopefully they’ll get a new one soon.

It’s fine for a short stay, and there are plenty of shoplots and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is pretty ordinary and very quiet, with a TV and mini fridge in the room. Wi-Fi was poor, and for a budget hotel I found it a bit expensive.
