24 Kimberley

The host was kind and accommodating at 24 Kimberley, and the location is five-star strategic for anyone wanting to walk around the city to Michelin foods in Georgetown. My room had poor air ventilation, though, and it was hard to feel comfortable staying the night. When I raised it, the host responded quickly, offered a full refund, arranged another room for a temporary rest, and even gave me a ride to the airport. I appreciated those thoughtful efforts and the host’s willingness to resolve things. I hope the air quality and ventilation can be improved for future guests. With some enhancements, I think the place could offer a great stay.

A good place in a good location. The staff were so kind and always ready to help. Thank you so much! :)

The host was very friendly and helpful with planning what we’d do next, and the location and service were great. The rooms could use some improvement. They’re basic, but the bed was comfortable and the AC and shower were good. Our room was quite dusty, with cobwebs and pupae, and the duvet didn’t have a cover.

This is a nice little hotel or hostel with shared bathrooms. The room and shared bathroom were very clean, fresh towels were provided, and they even supplied an extension spike buster. They provide almost everything you need. A shout-out to the host Christina? for being helpful and flexible with our travel plans. Communication was good even though we booked last minute, which really helped. Check-in sometimes closes at 5, so check with the hotel ahead of time. There’s an electronic padlock, so make sure you understand how to use it.
