Apollo Inn worked well for exploring, with the main sights easy to reach during my three-night stay. The staff were warm and happy to suggest local places, and the rooms were clean and simple for the price. There’s also street food just a couple of minutes away, where I had some of my best meals. A handy spot for couples or people traveling solo.

The room was small and average, but the staff were good. I’d suggest this hotel if you’re watching your budget and mostly need somewhere to sleep at night. The area is busy, with lots of hotels and resorts, and there’s a good range of food from traditional Chinese dishes to Malaysian options. It felt safe to travel alone at night, and a bus stop for the airport is nearby.

The staff at the front were friendly and helpful, and I found the room and floor I want to book again. It was quiet, with a comfortable bed and well-functioning air conditioning, lights, TV, and bathroom equipment. I rested more peacefully here than at the hotel I’d just stayed in. Just perfect.

It was much more comfortable than I expected for such a cheap place. The room was very clean, and they cleaned it every day. The staff were so friendly, too. You can walk to the main spots in George Town, and I’ll stay here again if I return to Penang. Thank you!

The beds were the comfiest, and the rooms are designed well for a cozy stay. It’s close to sights and places to eat, with komtar terminal just a short walk away for city buses. I paid less than the experience was worth.
